Awareness of injury among young athletic in western region of Saudi Arabia

The subject of injury awareness has largely received wide concern among the current scholarly studies and relevant work particularly in developed contexts, thus this study aims to investigate topic with more focus on a developing setting Saudi Arabia for further exploration importance role level having adequate knowledge different sports injuries young athletes area western region Arabia. was descriptive nature used survey questionnaire data collected purposes from location perceptions topic. A total 257 sample participated response rate 83%. results revealed had about rehabilitation preventive exercise under professional supervision. provided practical implications that indicated need aware significance providing medical therapy rehabilitation, which enable recognized best methods handling treating types while activities competition minimize risks serious injuries.
